One way to solve this problem, thus my project proposal, is the application of Blockchain Hyperledger technology to create n encrypted, permisionnable hyperledger that includes an ecosystem of participants that tracks and records in real time company sales activities.

he project will directly solve the VAT gap collection problem in GCC region. a pilot can be created that includes a limited number of retail companies, tax authortities, . accounting auditing firms, and banks, to create an cryptoghrapic hypderledger storing all of this information in real time

 there many challanges that this business will face, mainly, regulatory challanges arisinjg from government regulation on Data, blockchain, and the decentralization of encrypted hyperledgers. 

Financing this project is not the main issue. The more direct and fundemntal issue is finding and creating a team of experts to create the foundation of the blockchain, the team will be a mix of business people, data scientists and coders, accountants, bankers, and laywers to tackle this problem. .
